1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

First you need to register an account in our website giving us all the required information. Once your account is created, enjoy surfing through our pages, choose the products you want to buy to and put them in your shopping cart. When done, you just need to confirm the order until the last step to get the final price and chose the payment method. The order will be registered in your account with a number that you should ALWAYS GIVE US when contacting us by email for any info about it, or it will be very hard for us to find your order in the data base.

2. WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We offer different payment solutions:
a. Visa or Master credit cards:
This payment is done directly online, from your shopping cart, You just need to follow the website instructions until you get to the last step.
ATTENTION: We want to inform all our clients that from the 3rd week of July, all the Master Card payments towards China have been blocked by the Chinese government for political reasons. We do not know if and when this financial restriction will be solved.

b.Western Union (we offer from 10 to 15% supplementary rebate on your order if you pay by WU):
First you must find the nearest western union agency to your place. You easily do this by visiting this website address: http://www.westernunion.com/info/selectCountry.asp, by clicking on the "find agent location" button and fill up the form with the requested information.

Then contact us by email, giving us the number of your order registered online and we will send to you the final price with rebate and all the information required to pay.
NOTE: Please do not choose the fixed exchange rate! If you're asked, please choose US dollar currency. Never say that the payment is for an online purchase or the WU operator will refuse it. If asked, just say that you are sending money to a friend.

After you have paid, YOU MUST contact us back by email to give us the MTCN payment code (you will find it on the payment receipt), your full name, and your order number for us to validate it and arrange the shipping.

3. Pay-Pal:
Once you have placed your order online, contact us by email giving us your order number, telling us you want to pay by Pay-Pal and we'll send to you our Pay-Pal address.
NOTE: Please chose "SERVICE" in the multi choice box to explain the reasons of your Pay-Pal payment. And NEVER put ANY note in the text box other than your shipping address (never put website name , product brand, jerseys, polo etc) or the payment will be cancelled (the transaction fees will not be refund) and your order declined.

3. WHICH PAIMENT METHOD IS THE SAFEST?

Credit card and Pay-Pal transactions will be registered FOR LIFE in their banks' data base. This means that all transactions made with CC or Pay-Pal will be easily retraceable FOR LIFE by custom officers or by the police in case of financial control or seizure and therefore, they can be used against you. That is why we strongly recommend to pay by Western Union and pay directly CASH in one of their agencies (cash is always better then to use Credit card online, which would take us back to the Lifetime registration of the transaction). This payment method cannot be used as proof of purchase.
REMEMBER: Western Union is totally reliable as long as the person that receives the money is honest. So don't hesitate to contact us and request proof of our seriousness, we will send to you a list of track numbers among the latest sent for you to control online and to see with your own eyes that the packs have been regularly delivered to our clients.

4. WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS USED? WHEN WILL I BE DELIVERED?

We offer free shipping by EMS and IMTS (For more info please read the Shipping and returns info page) For some countries with very strong custom control (such as Italy, Switzerland or Netherland) the only way to pass the custom control is to send by TNT or DHL. For these countries, you must add 20% fee to the order total for the freight.
NOTE: We DON'T accept any order from the following countries: Belgium, DOM islands (such as Martinique, Guadeloupe, etc) and Switzerland. In fact the customs' control in these countries are so tight that no pack without a regular invoice would pass!

The shipping time varies between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the country destination and the efficiency of their postal services.
NOTE: We will NEVER be responsible for any delivery delay. We have no control over the postal services and over their organization!

5. HOW WILL YOU SEND A BIG ORDER WITH MORE THAN 20 PIECES?

To avoid problems with customs, if you order exceed a certain weight or the pack exceed certain dimensions, we will divide it into several packages (usually no more than 10 jerseys/polo by pack or no more then 4-5 pairs of shoes by pack, but this depends on the shipping service used and the destination country). All packs will be sent one by one at 24-48 hours distance one from the other, so they will pass the customs separately.

6. WHAT IF MY PACK IS SEIZED OR LOST? WHAT WILL BE THE SOLUTION?

As you probably have noticed, an insurance fee is automatically added to the final total when you place your order on our website. In fact we send all the packs with INSURED option, so in case of seizure or pack loss, we will resend for free (and only one time) the products seized or lost, or we will fully refund your order. In both cases, please contact us by email to let you know which solution of the two you prefer.

7. WHAT IS A VIP MEMBER? HOW TO BECOME VIP?

If by the end of each month, your orders' total amount is over 1000€/month (after discount), we will place your name in the VIP list and you will get an extra 5% discount on every future order placed. Please, feel free to contact us by email for more info about the VIP privileges.

8. ARE MY PAIMENT AND PERSONAL INFO SAFE?

For payments, all the credit card online payment platforms we use are secured and strictly monitored by banks! As for Pay-pal, everybody knows their reputation. For Western Union payments, remember that the method in itself is very secured too if the beneficiary is honest. That is why we provide to all dubious clients a small list of track numbers to control online for themselves if they want. They just need to contact us by email and request them.

We never pass any private and sensitive information to tiers that are not directly involved in the organization of this business. They will only be used for payments, shipping or contact purposes related to the orders placed.

9. WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT I RECEIVED?

Our goal is to give to all our clients the best service and quality at the lowest price possible. That is why, in case you are not satisfied with the products received, we ask you to read carefully the "Shipping and Return" policy page and contact us immediately to inform us about it. We will contact you back to find a solution that will satisfy both parties.

10. WHAT "PRE ORDER" MEANS? WHEN WILL A PRE ORDER PRODUCT BE INSTOCK?

While surfing through our catalogues, you might encounter what we call a "pre order" product. These products will normally be on sale one month later after their online registration (the date will be indicated in the product reference as soon as we will know the restock date).
